• B.E./B. Tech (or equivalent) in chemical engineering or allied relevant branches or B.E./B.Tech. in Environmental science and engineering/ Environmental engineering/ Biochemical engineering/ Biotechnology with interest in computational chemistry or M.Sc. (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Physics etc.
• (i) Rs. 31,000/-+ HRA (16%) to scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests- CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions. (ii) 25,000/- + HRA (16%) for others who do not fall under (1) above

• (i) Rs. 31,000/-+ HRA (16%) to scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests- CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.
