• Opening date of Online application: 28-06-2025
• Closing date for Submission of Online Application: 07-08-2025 (23:59 hours)
• Last Date for Application fee payment for the submitted applications: 09-08-2025 (23:59 hours)
• Dates for Modification window for corrections in application form with payment of modification fee (Please Note: Details filled in ‘Create an Account’ form and ‘Chosen RRB’ cannot be modified):10-08-2025 to 19-08-2025
• Dates during which eligible scribe candidates must provide their scribe details in the application portal: 20-08-2025 to 24-08-2025

For Technician Grade 1:

• Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
• Maximum Age limit: 33 Years

For Technician Grade 3:

• Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
• Maximum Age limit: 30 Years

• Candidates must already have the Educational/Technical qualifications prescribed in the CEN from recognized Institute/University as on the last date (i.e., 28.07.2025) for submission of ONLINE application
• Diploma /Degree in Engineering will not be accepted in lieu of Course Completed Act Apprentices/ITI for the post of Technicians in Pay Level-2 unless otherwise specified. Graduate Act apprentice will not be accepted in lieu of Course Completed Act Apprenticeship (CCAA)
