Qualification
- Doctorate Degree in the subject concerned. Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent in the point scale system.
- The NET/SLET will be an essential qualification in the discipline where NET/SLET is conducted by ICAR/UGC/CSIR or any other Central/ State Govt. agency.
- In case where candidate with Ph.D’s. degree or NET/SLET is not available, the essential qualification shall be first class M.Sc. degree in related discipline.

Salary
- Remuneration will be paid at the rate of Rs. 650/- per hour with a maximum of Rs. 30,000/- per month for candidates fulfilling the eligibility of Assistant Professor in the discipline OR Rs. 550/- per hour with a maximum of Rs. 25,000/-per month for the candidates possessing Master’s degree only in the concerned discipline.
