Qualification
- Doctor (Medical Officer): MBBS from a recognized institution along with medical council registration(preferable: MD or equivalent qualification in Psychiatry)
- Nurse: ANM (preferable :GNM/BSc. Nursing)
- Counselor: Graduate in Psychology/ Social work/ Sociology (preferable :Masters in above disciplines)
- Data Manager: Graduate (preferably with qualification/experience in computer applications)

- Doctor (Medical Officer): Consolidated Salary- 60000/- per month
- Nurse: Consolidated Salary – 20000/- per month
- Counselor: Consolidated Salary – 20000/- per month
- Data Manager: Consolidated Salary – 15000/- per month
