Qualification
- B.Tech or B.E. with GATE/ NET
- Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in professional courses. Desirable streams are as follows: Physics/ Chemistry/ Materials Science/ Metallurgical and Materials Engineering/ Metallurgical Engineering/ Materials Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Production Engineering/ Ceramic Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering/ Biotechnology/ Bioscience and Bio Engineering.
- Minimum 65% marks (or 6.5 CGPA) obtained in the qualifying exam and NET/ GATE qualified.

- Junior Research Fellow: Upto Rs.37000/- + HRA @ 18%(depending upon qualification & experience)
- Junior Research Fellow (Professional): Upto Rs.44400 (37000 + HRA @20%)(depending upon qualification & experience)
